But how can I give everyone the URL for the notebook? In a virtual setting, you can just use chat. And at the end of the presentation, it’s become my practice to publish it to the cloud, so anyone in the audience can interact with it. When I’m giving a presentation I’ll usually be creating a desktop notebook as I go (or perhaps using one that already exists). In Version 12.2 we’ve streamlined the process of notebook publishing. But in Version 12.2 there’s been some particular streamlining of the interface for notebooks between desktop and cloud.Ī particularly nice mechanism already available for a couple of years in any desktop notebook is the File > Publish to Cloud menu item, which allows you to take the notebook and immediately make it available as a published cloud notebook that can be accessed by anyone with a web browser. And even between versions of Wolfram Language there’s lots of continued enhancement in the way notebooks work in the cloud.
